Hello and welcome,

My name is Samantha Rogers and I bring you greetings from the wonderful city of Spokane, Washington. If you have never been to the Pacific Northwest, you don’t know what you are missing. It is a beautiful, green place and I am not just saying this because I live here. I really mean it. If you have never considered living in a quiet, peaceful place, I invite you to just come and check us out. There are friends and family members who say they weren’t interested in living around no “tree huggers” and “nature freaks” and came to visit once and were hooked. Now, they are “nature freaks” and “tree huggers.” LOL Since politics in Spokane aren’t very messy as opposed to cities like Chicago, it made me curious as to politics and the political system.

This is one of the reasons I majored in politics in college and became an attorney. Like a lot of people, I love me some “Law & Order” because of not only the storylines (which are mostly taken from actual events) but the courtroom scenes. Having said this, this blog is going to be about all things politics.
